Auto Assist®Emergency Roadside Assistance services are available 24 hours a day, everyday, throughout the United States and Canada. Call the 24-hour roadside assistance number and help will be on its way. When service is complete, You simply sign Your name and drive away. Service is provided up to the benefit limit with no out of pocket expense to you. We call this Sign and Drive. What better way is there to be protected while on the road?
The Auto Assist®Plan provides up to $100.00 per occurrence Benefit Limit on the following Benefits and can be used for three (3) Disablements within one (1) Plan year from Your date of purchase. Please see the full details and terms and conditions herein.
Towing Assistance - When Your Vehicle is disabled as a result of a tire related issue, We will arrange to have it towed to the nearest service facility.
Flat Tire Assistance - If Your Vehicle has an inflated spare tire it will be installed to replace a flat tire. If Your Vehicle has two or more flat tires or You do not have an inflated spare the Vehicle will be towed in accordance with the towing benefit.
Fuel, Oil, Fluid and Water Delivery Service - If Your Vehicle runs out of fuel or fluids, We will provide for the delivery of fuel or other fluids needed at the Disablement site. Specific brands or octane ratings cannot be promised. (Does not cover the cost fuel or fluids).
Lock-out Assistance - When You lock Your keys in Your Vehicle, service will be sent to gain entry into Your Vehicle. (Does not cover costs to reproduce keys).
Battery Service - When Your Vehicle experiences battery failure, We will provide a jump-start.
Collision Assistance - If Your Vehicle is involved in a collision, towing assistance will be provided when needed to direct Your Vehicle to the nearest qualified repair facility.
Custom Trip Routing - Customized Trip Routing Service allows You to request maps for a planned trip. You'll receive maps in Your choice of the most energy-efficient, time-saving, or most scenic way to go. Before traveling, call to receive Your custom trip routing which will provide You with narrative directions and maps to Your desired destination. This service can save You time and fuel by showing You the most direct route; or You may elect the most scenic route to travel.
$500.00 Emergency Travel Expense Reimbursement - When Your Vehicle is Disabled as a result of a collision (not mechanical failure), 100 or more miles from home, We will reimburse You up to $500.00 (a maximum of $166.66 per day for up to three (3) days) for emergency travel and lodging expenses.
Emergency Message Relay - We will provide assistance in relaying an emergency message to up to three (3) family members, friends or business associates to inform them of Your Disablement.
Hotel Savings - Save money while on the road with hotel savings prearranged for You. Save as much as 50% at over 2,100 hotels, inns, and resorts in the United States, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and Europe. In addition to the savings on rooms You can save up to 25% on Your food bill at participating restaurants. Hotel directories are dated materials and are available at Your request. Hotel directories are always included with Your trip routing when You order a personalized trip planner. Use the directory when making Your hotel reservations and SAVE! Rental Car Savings - Your Membership is working hard for You even when You don't have a breakdown. Take advantage of Our negotiated rates exclusively for Our Customers. Car Rental Savings are available through national rental car agencies. Simply call Us to request coupon codes.

We, Us, Our - Means Brickell Financial Services Motor Club, Inc. dba Road America Motor Club (for Mississippi and Wisconsin customers, Brickell Financial Services Motor Club, Inc. and for California customers Road America Motor Club, Inc.). or its designee responsible for the administration and payment of Benefits.
You, Your, Customer - Means the individual and spouse, if applicable, who purchased the Plan as eligible to receive Benefits.
Vehicle - Means any Vehicle with a weight rating up to 1 1/2 tons, owned by You with a current state registration.
Enrollment - Means the Enrollment process whereby You have successfully completed the required fields including payment of Plan fees as qualified to receive Benefits. You must be Enrolled with Us at the time of any Disablement to receive any Benefits.
Plan, Program - Means the Auto Assist®Plan described herein. Please note: This is a motor club service. This 24-hour roadside assistance service Program does not replace Your physical damage or automobile liability contract. 1) This is a motor club Program. Except in Wisconsin, this is not an Insurance Contract. 2) This is not an automobile liability or physical damage liability contract.
Benefit(s), Covered, Coverage(s) - Means the specific Benefits You qualify for as listed herein.
Disablement, Breakdown - Means a situation where Your Vehicle becomes immobile due to a Covered Disablement. Covered Disablements are listed herein.
Benefit Limit - Means the maximum amount We will pay for per Disablement for a specific Benefit listed under Your Plan.
Eligible Vehicles - Motor driven Vehicles owned by You with a weight rating of up to 1 1/2 tons designed, licensed and used for on road transportation.
Maximum Usage - Service is limited to three (3) uses or Disablements within the twelve (12) month period following the purchase date of Your Plan.
No Additional Fees - All Plan Benefits are available to You up to the Benefit Limit without any additional payment or fees. You are responsible for any non-covered expenses or any expenses over Your Plan or Benefit Limit.
Eligible Customer and Use of Program - Coverage and Plan Benefits is provided to You and Your spouse on owned Vehicles as outlined in Eligible Vehicles. This Program is non-transferable. You agree that only You or Your spouse in Your Vehicle may use Your Program. You will promptly notify Us if You become aware of any unauthorized use of Your Program or Identification number, or if Your Identification number is lost or stolen.
Program Term - The Program term begins on the date You completed Enrollment with Us and will continue for twelve (12) months unless cancelled by You or Us. You must be an active member of the Plan and Your Plan fees must be current to be eligible for any Benefits.
Plan Renewal - For Your convenience and to avoid any lapse in Coverage, Your Plan will be renewed automatically, at the end of each Term, unless you notify Us that You wish to terminate. Upon renewal, Your credit card, or other pre-selected billing option will be billed the then effective Plan fee and the billing will appear on Your credit card or billing option statement.
Plan Cancellation - You may cancel Your Plan at any time by notifying Us in writing at: Road America, c/o Customer Care Department, 7300 Corporate Center Drive, Suite 601, Miami, Florida 33126 or by sending a verifiable email to customercare@road-america.com. We may cancel Your Plan at any time upon written notice. Upon cancellation by You or Us You are entitled to a refund of the unused portion of Your Plan fee, calculated on a full months remaining pro rata basis, of the amount You originally paid. If the Plan is cancelled within the first thirty (30) days of Enrollment, You will receive a full refund of all Plan fees received by Us. Any fees or charges other than the Plan fee will be Your responsibility.
$500.00 Emergency Travel Expense Reimbursement - If Your Vehicle (rental & short term lease Vehicles do not qualify) is Disabled due to a collision, 100 miles or more from Your residence, You may qualify for reimbursement of up to $500.00 (a maximum of $166.66 per day for up to three (3) days) for emergency travel expenses. If an accident resulting from a collision with another vehicle or object (reported in writing to state or local police), while Your owned± Vehicle is being operated by You, and which occurs at least 100 miles from Your residence and results in an accidental disablement of Your Vehicle, You may be reimbursed for one or more of the expenses below if incurred within 3 days (72 hours) following the accident. (NOTE: MECHANICAL FAILURE OF YOUR COVERED VEHICLE IS NOT COVERED BY THIS BENEFIT).
For reimbursement of expenses listed in this section, You must submit a claim to US, within 21 days* of the accidental disablement, which includes Your name, membership number, mailing address, and a bona-fide copy of the filed accident report. You must also include paid receipts validated by the companies providing Our service.
± Kansas residents are not restricted to owned vehicles.
Please note: Emergency travel expense is not available to residents of California and New York.
Right to Reimbursement if Service is Unobtainable - This is not a reimbursement service. Benefit Services secured independently of Us are not covered and will not be reimbursed. However, If We cannot assure timely dispatch of covered services, or if We determine that service is unavailable through Us, You will have the option of securing Your own service and You will receive a refund of payments made by You according to the Benefit Limits outlined in Your Program. We must dispatch services and You must first contact Us to obtain authorization to secure services independently of Your Plan.
The following items are not included as part of the emergency roadside assistance benefit: Any Benefit not listed herein, Cost of parts, replacement keys, fluids, lubricants, or fuel, cost of installation of products, or materials. Non-emergency towing or other non-emergency service. Any service available through a valid manufacturer's warranty or service. Mounting or removing of snow tires or chains. Shoveling snow from around a vehicle. Tire Repair. Trucks over one and a half ton capacity, antique vehicles (meaning vehicles over 20 years old or out of manufacture for 10 years or more), taxicabs, limousines, or other commercial vehicles. Camping trailers, travel trailers, or any vehicles in tow. Any and all taxes, fines. Towing from or repair work performed at a service station, garage or repair shop. Towing by other than a licensed service station or garage; vehicle storage charges; a second tow. Service on a vehicle that is not in a safe condition to be towed. Towing or service on roads not regularly maintained, such as sand beaches, open fields, forests, and areas designated as not passable due to construction, etc. Vehicles designed specifically for or used off-road. Towing at the direction of a law enforcement officer relating to traffic obstruction, impoundment, abandonment, illegal parking, or other violations of law. Services secured independently of Us. This is not a reimbursement program. Benefits are not applicable if disablement is due to an act of God, war, insurrection, riot, etc.
SERVICE PROVIDER NETWORK - We operate through a network of contracted service providers who have agreements with Us to perform road and towing service for Our Customers. As independent contractors, they have exclusive control over their own equipment and personnel. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WITH RESPECT TO ANY OF THE PROGRAM BENEFITS OR RELATED INFORMATION PROVIDED TO YOU. OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED YOUR CURRENT PROGRAM FEE AND, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR YOUR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. (b) We reserve the right to eliminate, add, and change participating providers without notice. During extreme weather conditions, there may be some delay before help can reach you. Vehicle must be accessible from a normally traveled roadway.
Right to Complain - , You have the right to file a complaint with Us by contacting Our Customer Care Department at 7300 Corporate Center Drive, Suite 601, Miami, FL 33126. These terms and conditions comprise the entire agreement between you and Us. All Benefits and services of Your Program are described herein and are applicable throughout the United States, Canada, unless otherwise indicated.

The Information We Maintain
We may collect personally identifiable information (Information) as follows: Information We obtain may include your name, your spouse's name (if applicable), your covered vehicle(s) model number, year, color and/or VIN #, your address, phone number, and the effective date of your coverage with Us. We may maintain information about your service experiences with Us, such as the date of service episode, the type of service performed (example: tow, jumpstart, flat tire, trip routing, etc.), confirmation of service and details of service.
How We Handle Your Personal Information
Information about Our customers or former customers will only be disclosed as permitted or required by law. Information about Our former customers will be safeguarded to the same extent as Information about Our current customers. Information about You that has been collected is maintained in Your customer records. We use this information to process and service Your needs. We may also disclose it to persons or companies as necessary to perform services You requested or authorize.
Example: We must exchange information about Your Vehicle, location of Disablement, (etc) with service providers to assist them in locating and servicing Your Vehicle when You have contacted Us to request assistance service. In all such cases, We provide a third party with only the information necessary to carry out its assigned responsibilities and only for that purpose. We will also release information about You if directed by You to do so; if We are compelled by law; or in any other legally limited circumstance.
