Roadside Assistance is the most affordable way to protect you and your family during a breakdown. It provides nationwide service with multiple benefits such as; towing, collision assistance, flat tire assistance, battery jump start, fluid/fuel delivery and lock-out service. With a membership through Paragon Motor Club, you simply sign the receipt and drive away. We pay the bill and take care of everything else.
- Are All of My Vehicles Covered?
Yes. Our roadside assistance covers the member not just the vehicles. This means that if you have a breakdown in any vehicle you own, all qualifying benefits would apply.
- Who is Included in My Membership?
Your membership covers the primary member and spouse.
- When Does My Membership Begin?
Your membership begins 7 days after you have successfully enrolled in the program.
- What is the Coverage Area of My Membership?
Coverage is available to members within the United States and Canada.
- What are the coverage's and limitations with my membership? Once enrolled, you will receive up to $100.00 in Sign and Drive coverage for;
- Can a Live Agent be Contacted 24-Hours a Day?
Yes. Once you join our membership, you will be provided with a toll free number where live agents are available to assist you 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
- Who pays for the Actual Emergency Roadside Assistance Service?
We pay for the covered services provided within the membership. You simply sign for qualified services up to the benefit limit and drive away. We take care of the details so you can get back on the road. We call this Sign and Drive.
- What Does Sign and Drive Mean?
Sign and Drive means that you simply sign for covered services at the time of a breakdown up to the amount of coverage provided in your membership.
- Who Delivers the Roadside Assistance?
Road America provides it's roadside services through a carefully selected, nationwide network of service providers. You can feel confident that we will send only approved, reputable service providers to assist with an emergency situation. If you have a preference for a specific provider, please inform the dispatcher at the time of your request for service. They will make every effort to fulfill your request.
- Is My Membership Cancelable?
Yes. All Roadside Assistance memberships are cancelable. You are entitled to a prorated refund for each full calendar month remaining in the membership period unless your membership was included in a separate where you did not specifically pay for your roadside assistance benefits.

No. Unlike other roadside assistance providers that charge up to a $20.00 admission fee just to join, Road America Motor Club does not charge a sign-up, admission or initiation fee. This makes your Motor Club one of the most affordable and easy to use memberships of roadside assistance.
- Are Memberships Monthly or Annually?
Road America Motor Club offers both monthly and annual memberships. Your member benefits and services are identical; however you do receive a discount for annual memberships, which are paid in full.
- How Do I Renew My Membership?
For the convenience of our members, all memberships are renewed automatically through our partners where you originally purchased your membership. This way you can have the peace of mind of having protection when you need it. You can choose not to renew at any time by contacting the company where your membership or other product was purchased.
